I’m Son, Chief Technology Officer at REDEX. I lead the engineering behind a platform that’s reshaping how Renewable Energy Certificates are managed across Asia — making energy sustainability more efficient and transparent.

At REDEX I’ve spearheaded REHash, a platform for managing Renewable Energy Certificates, and helped craft REConnect and RESuite — products that turn rooftop solar into income and match credible RECs to real business electricity consumption. The throughline is a secure, trustworthy platform in service of cutting scope-2 emissions.

Before REDEX, I spent years as a software engineer across startups in Singapore and Vietnam, and taught and researched Natural Language Processing at university. This site is where I share what I’m building and learning — engineering, applied AI, and the lessons in between.
